With offices in Mt. Pleasant, Texarkana and Atlanta, Northeast Texas SBDC is hosted by Northeast Texas Community College in partnership with the SBA, State of Texas and Dallas College, and is nationally accredited by the Association of America's SBDCs. This field center of the North Texas SBDC Network serves the Counties of Bowie, Cass, Camp, Franklin, Morris and Titus. SBDC is funded in part through a Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Small Business Administration, and extended to the public on a non-discriminatory basis.
