Tim Wilson, MBA, EDFP | Director
Tim Wilson is Director of the Northeast Texas SBDC at Northeast Texas Community College in Mt. Pleasant and Texarkana, TX that provide business counseling services to 6 counties in northeast Texas. His career field is management and marketing with background in industrial sales, retail management, construction services, hospitality and non-profit development. Mr. Wilson has been an entrepreneur since 1988, having started or partnered in 5 small businesses. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University-Texarkana, with professional certifications in Economic Development Finance from the National Development Council, and Technology Commercialization.

Beverly Austin, BAAS, ABPA, EDFP | Business Advisor
Beverly Austin has been the SBDC Business Advisor for Northeast Texas Community College since 2009. Beverly counsels entrepreneurs needing assistance in starting a business in addition to those wishing to expand an existing business. Her prior experience involved over twenty years in the mortgage lending industry as well as community development and real estate sales experience. She serves as the center's expert in financing options and SBA related products. Winner of the coveted SBDC State Star award in 2012, Beverly holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts & Sciences degree from Texas A&M University-Texarkana, and professional certifications in Business Succession Planning, Economic Development Finance and Technology Commercialization.

Darrell Williams, MBA, EDFP | Business Advisor
Darrell is Business Advisor at the SBDC Texarkana satellite office on the campus of Texarkana College. An industrial business administrator with over 20 years experience in heavy industry environments, Darrell is experienced in lean manufacturing processes and quality production requirements. He eared his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Masters Degree in Business Administration at Texas A&M University - Texarkana. Darrell has since earned professional certifications in Economic Development Finance and Technology Commercialization.
